Accounts Receivable tracks amounts owed by customers and permits theautomatic or manual application of customer payments to specificinvoices. This module is compatible with INFORMIX, SCO Integra,NetISAM(TM), or Infoflex databases and if necessary, can be customized byour staff to fit any accounting need. Features include recurringbilling, selection and payment of invoices by discount, due date,transaction date, invoice number, division, and numerous other fields.Accounts Receivable handles both open-item and balance-forwardedaccounts, and allows unlimited partial receipts for any invoice andcustomized statements. It prints the Aged Trial Balance report and thestatements by transaction date, and allows new months transactions to beentered before posting last months. It prints statements for all clientsor for a range of clients, allows runtime selection of aging periods forAged Trial Balance and Statements, and allows posting of invoices to anyperiod in any year. It allows prepayment of invoices and maintainsreceipt register and allows reversal of previously posted receipts.
